AXZOVA ("we," "us," "our") is a digital consultancy based in Canterbury, Kent, operated by Maryjane Obi. We explain here how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit this website or join our early access waitlist.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly through our contact and waitlist forms: your name, email address, business name, and phone number (if provided). Our form provider, Formspree, also automatically logs your IP address and the time of submission as part of processing the form.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to keep you updated on our launch and to contact you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as you remain on our waitlist, or up to 12 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

5. Third-Party Data Processors (Formspree)

We use Formspree, Inc. to process form submissions. Formspree is based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. This transfer is safeguarded under Standard Contractual Clauses, the mechanism Formspree uses as a data processor. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This site does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or ad retargeting scripts. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent option.

7. Your UK GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how it's used, and request a copy of it.
